Chloe Banks

As a native Austinite, born and raised, Chloe Banks is your local real estate expert. She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BA in Philosophy and minors in French, Core Texts and Ideas and European Studies. Chloe’s passion for real estate began at a young age. At 21 years old she purchased her first condo on South Congress Ave. After living there for a few years she moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in experiential marketing and transitioned the condo to an investment property. Chloe has always been interested in using real estate to grow one’s portfolio and start building wealth. She wants to help buyers understand the various options for breaking into real estate ownership, whether it be one’s first home or investment property.

Chloe’s career started right here in Austin as the Exhibits Coordinator for Rodeo Austin. When an exciting experiential marketing opportunity presented itself to her, Chloe packed up and moved to San Francisco. For five years, she led teams to produce exciting tech conferences all over the world. She developed high standards for her work, the ability to adapt to ever-changing, fast-paced environments and discretion while working with C-level executives, world-class speakers, celebrities and presidents.

Chloe felt the pull to move back to Austin and pursue her first passion, real estate. With the backing of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, Chloe is able to align her beliefs and provide the white glove service to her clients, regardless of price point or geography. She was drawn to Kuper SIR’s extraordinary level of customer service, luxury investment opportunities, and global networking partnerships. Chloe is excited to partner with Sonya Cunningham as a Buyer’s Agent. Sonya’s real estate career spans decades, and together their service will be incomparable. Chloe is known for her hard work, knowledge and adaptability in fast-paced environments. She believes every transaction should be executed with maximum efficiency and attention to detail while communicating with her clients throughout the entire process.

When she’s not absorbing real estate, you can usually find her hiking the greenbelt, kayaking Town Lake or reading. In her free time, Chloe also enjoys playing polo, showing German Shepherds, and spending time with family and friends. Chloe also loves traveling the world, cycling and volunteering. She has taught English in the Democratic Republic of Congo and cycled from Austin, Texas to Anchorage, Alaska for cancer research.
