Graciela Haim:
Graciela Haim has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 1958, when her father was stationed at the Embassy of Uruguay. She attended the local high school, Western High, which is now Duke Ellington School of the Arts, as well as the International Institute of Interior Design in D.C. She worked with Fulbright Scholars and also worked as a procurement specialist of scientific and educational materials at the Organization of American States. Her background has significantly attributed to her understanding of diplomats and expats needs in real estate. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of French and Portuguese. Graciela has specialized in residential real estate in D.C. and Maryland for over 28 years, where she is currently licensed.
Michael Heinen:
Michael Heinen graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. with Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. After attending the Bundestag Internship Program in Bonn, Germany and spending several months volunteering in the Philippines, Michael spent 11 years working in Private Wealth and Fixed Income Trading for Deutsche Bank as well as Bear Stearns / JP Morgan in New York City. Michael is bilingual, speaking English and German and licensed in Maryland, D.C. & Virginia.
Caroline Heinen:
Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Caroline has seen the area's growth first hand. Graduating from American University with a degree in design, as well as having worked in the design industry for over nine years in New York City, brings to our clients, as well as to our group, unique approaches, and quick executions. Our objective is to give the best service possible to our clients, whether in the sale, purchase, marketing or design consultation of their home. Caroline is licensed in both Maryland, where she grew up, and Washington, D.C., where she currently lives. She also speaks fluent Spanish & English and has a working knowledge of German.
