Sharon Austin

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Sharon Austin spent many years practicing law and representing clients in both transactional and litigation matters. In her work as a real estate professional, Sharon's legal experience affords her customers a competitive edge in all aspects of the process, including preparing the contract, negotiating its terms, and navigating the critical due diligence period, where most contracts fall apart. Born and raised in Chicago, Sharon previously lived in Houston and Nashville. She currently splits her time between her homes in Georgia and Florida, and especially loves working with customers choosing to relocate to either state. Sharon's passion for real estate is evident by the dedication and hard work she provides to her customers. Whether she is assisting customers buy or sell homes in Atlanta or in the areas surrounding Longboat Key and Sarasota, Sharon goes above and beyond with exceptional service.
