Lindy Gelb

Lindy Gelb is a lifelong resident of Bethesda, Maryland with a wealth of knowledge about her hometown. She is an award-winning Realtor® a Downsizing Specialist and a Certified Relocation Consultant. Since 1989, Lindy has been working with clients to relocate, build, buy or sell their home. She has particular experience helping clients downsize their homes, bringing in skilled white-glove partners to assist in asset management and preparing a home to its greatest market potential. Inspired by her mother's residential brokerage, Lindy began her career in 1989 specializing in selling new homes. She sold hundreds of new homes in communities throughout Montgomery County, earning the New Homes Sales Representative of the year award in 1996. After 10 years, Lindy transitioned to focus on seller-directed real estate transactions. She utilizes her years of experience in preparing homes for sale, contract negotiations, and the management of each of her new home subdivisions to enrich and fuel success in her real estate career. Lindy’s expertise has merited recognition from clients and fellow real estate professionals, earning her awards throughout her career including a position in Washingtonian Magazine’s 2024 list of Top Real Estate Agents and Bethesda Magazine as a Top Producer. Lindy has extensive knowledge of the Maryland community, homes, and schools. Lindy’s three sons graduated from The Landon School, Churchill High School and The Bullis School.
