Caitlin Dulany’s affinity for real estate started at an early age. Her parents owned a successful brokerage firm in New York and growing up, she was happily surrounded by all things real estate. She has called Los Angeles home for many years, from Brentwood to Beverly Hills to Studio City, and her genuine love of real estate led her to buy and sell four homes along the way. It was only a matter of time before she turned her lifelong interest in houses, community, and lifestyle into a thriving career. Her experience as a homeowner, as well as her natural curiosity for the city’s many unique neighborhoods gives her strong insight into Los Angeles and its real estate trends.
Having previously navigated a successful career in the entertainment business, Caitlin has worked all over the globe, starring in numerous film and television productions and is a board member of the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, where she chairs several committees. She enjoys bringing her background, her numerous contacts internationally, on both coasts, and in the entertainment industry, as well as her passion for real estate to work with Sotheby's International Realty.
Whether finding the ideal home for the first-time buyer or guiding a seller seamlessly through the entire process from marketing to close of escrow, Caitlin is thrilled to go to work for her clients. She is a consummate professional who is always there to give her clients the time and attention they deserve.
Caitlin is a member of Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. She holds a B.S. from Northwestern University School of Communications and is an active participant in a number of worthwhile charitable organizations, who often call on her to speak at events.
