Local Expertise. Global Connections.
When Emily Bartolillo decided to earn a real-estate license in 2020, it was a natural next-step in her career evolution from managing commercial construction projects throughout the U.S. and building a portfolio of real-estate investment properties in Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Her instincts proved spot-on: In her first year, she sold as much real estate as other, far more seasoned realtors in her office. Her business experience and market knowledge have been invaluable when advising her buyer and seller clients. With more growth ahead of her and strong connections with international clients, Emily chose to move from Compass to Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in 2022. “Sotheby’s International Realty is a great fit for me given the geography I cover in Pennsylvania and the international referral business I have developed in my first year in the business,” says Emily. Emily is a native of Long Island, N.Y. Now a resident of Central Bucks County, she has represented buyers and sellers in a variety of Pennsylvania markets. “I don’t believe in limiting the area I cover when it means I will do a better job of finding or selling a home for a client,” says Emily. Whether it is researching a new market or previewing it via a “fact-finding” trip, she personalizes her services to fit her clients’ needs. Having purchased many properties herself, Emily quickly learned what she wanted – and didn’t want -- in a real estate agent. She is able to be aggressive when needed and compassionate when a client is struggling. “I recognize that every purchase and sale can represent a major transaction and needs to be handled with care and attention to detail. I know I can give my client 100% of my time, experience and attention, and I will not accept failure as an option,” says Emily. Emily is based in the Bucks County office of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.
