Jennifer graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's and master's degree in pharmacy, but soon realized her primary interest was real estate. After acquiring her broker credentials in 1987, becoming the first Chinese-American broker in Great Neck, Jennifer experienced almost overnight success.
She went on to work with elite luxury New York brokerages and gained a reputation for her savvy networking, communication style, and intuitive sense for real estate. Over the years, Jennifer developed a strong set of marketing and sales skills, and has cultivated a wide network of local and international buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and commercial properties. Jennifer expertly navigates negotiations, delivering the best results for her clients as proven by her high rate of referrals.
