Michelle Lesmeister

Michelle was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. While completing her bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, she built and managed a successful online health coaching business, coupled with fitness classes and personal training. In addition, Michelle completed her post-graduate degree at UNISA (University of South Africa).

Upon completion of her advanced degree, Michelle took the opportunity to travel extensively around France, Italy, Spain, and the Southeastern United States for 2 years. She landed on the West Coast and made San Diego her first permanent residence in the States. She secured a highly competitive position working for HG Fenton, a top real estate Developer, where she excelled in sales, marketing, and residential and commercial property management. Michelle worked her way up to become the General Manager for HG Fenton’s Little Italy Project, an award-winning large scale luxury mixed-use project in San Diego.

After 5 years on the West Coast, Michelle moved to Charleston, South Carolina, married her husband and found their forever home in Oyster Point, Mount Pleasant. Michelle has been exploring and discovering Charleston’s diverse array of lifestyles ever since she moved here. Her passions include beachcombing, wakeboarding, skydiving, bungie jumping, traveling, or dining in one of Charleston’s internationally recognized restaurants. Michelle describes herself as a motivated, energetic sales expert who thrives under pressure and loves to exceed client expectations with dramatic results.

In addition, Michelle holds the designation of “Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” and she is an expert in high-end residential marketing and sales. These skills, combined with Michelle’s international connections and her competitive and motivated demeanor, make her a perfect fit for the Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty team of luxury specialists.
