Susan is a licensed California REALTOR® with 20+ years of industry experience relocating clients across town and across the country. She has lived in Rocklin for 24 years and knows the ins and outs of the Placer County housing market and surrounding suburbs. As a sales trainer and marketing coach for Bank of America Real Estate Investment Trust, Susan is recognized as an industry professional with designations from CAA and IREM, among others. Outside of Real Estate, Susan enjoys traveling with family, and hanging out with her two rescue dogs. Together, Susan and her husband are also local restaurateurs and philanthropists who successfully operate two restaurants in the area. Susan enjoys being able to make change in the community through her restaurants by providing meals to those in need. Susan brings the skills and strengths that have helped her thrive in the local restaurant business into her real estate interactions.
