Raised in Tiburon / Belvedere, California, Claire Bayles has an innate understanding of Marin County life. From attending schools in Marin County and growing up as the daughter of a Real Estate developer, she inherently understands the ins and outs of life in Marin and real estate.
Claire currently lives in Belvedere with her husband. She is also well-versed in the Napa & Sonoma community as her family lives in St. Helena. Claire has ten years of experience in both commercial and residential Sales, which provided her with an extensive understanding of property values, analytics as well as honed her negotiation skills. Prior to residential, she assisted the developer build the most famous $300 million office development in the financial district, 350 Bush Street.

Claire can be found with her husband Frederick golfing or playing tennis on the weekends, boating on the bay with family and friends, walks around Belvedere Island, weekends in Napa County, or cooking new dishes at home.
