Madison Faucher

Madison is a native of Fernandina and since graduating from Florida State College at Jacksonville with a bachelor's in business administration, she has developed a passion for real estate. She especially enjoys acquainting new people with all the wonderful attributes of her hometown. Before entering real estate, she developed her marketing, customer service and management skills managing several businesses including our own local Hot Paws Pet Resort. Madison has built her reputation as a professional transacting real estate on both the east and west coasts of Florida. From this diverse experience she developed a knack for finding precisely what her customer is seeking. Madison's ties to Nassau County include her mother, a local teacher, and her father, a local firefighter. Her commitment to and love for Fernandina run deep, and it shows in everything she does, including her work. When Madison is not helping customers with real estate, she can be found downtown at our local Mocama Brewery, or our local Wildlight Elementary School, strolling the beach with her cute pup, Cooper, while looking for shark's teeth, enjoying an Amelia River Cruise, spending time with her family, or attending a local car show.
