Kellyann Dorfman

Kellyann is a top-notch realtor with over 17 years of success working with buyers and sellers across the DC-Metropolitan area. With a background in accounting and consulting, she is a leading real estate professional known for being highly organized, goal-oriented, and focused. A natural problem solver with an acute attention to detail, she aims to simplify the buying and selling process for her clients.


Her ever-growing diverse client base has enabled her to provide both buyers and sellers with extensive knowledge and increased exposure to the Metro region. Being licensed in Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, allows her to bring a unique perspective to clients in different markets. Kellyann is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has extensive experience working in this area. Before becoming a real estate professional, she was an auditor and consultant for The Reznick Group. She attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and The University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland.


She recently has grown her business to the Maryland and Delaware beaches, where she works with Sotheby’s affiliate Ocean Atlantic in Bethany Beach. Her father Bob Borchardt works on her team offering additional support in the DC area allowing her to play an active role in the beach market.


Kellyann consistently earns numerous accolades, including being named one of Real Trends America’s Best Realtors for being in the top 1.5% of all real estate professionals nationwide. She is recognized as a Bethesda Magazine’s Top Producer, and Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Producer and Top 100 Agent; she also receives an annual Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Award.


In her free time, Kellyann loves kayaking on the Potomac or Delaware Bay, playing with her dog at the beach, boating or reading a good book, spending time with family, traveling, and skiing. She currently volunteers with the MERR Institute (Marine Education Research & Rehabilitation), supporting efforts to rescue and care for marine mammals and sea turtles who may be ill, injured or entangled. Kellyann is also a proud supporter of The Alzheimer’s Association, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Wider Circle.
