Tara Steppacher

Tara Steppacher is a licensed real estate salesperson with Sotheby's International Realty, where she leverages her diverse backgrounds in real estate development, alternative investments, and fashion publishing to provide exceptional service and value to her clients.

With over 10 years of experience in the New York City market, she has firsthand knowledge of some of the city's most storied properties across various neighborhoods and segments.

She worked alongside the vice chairman and head of development at Ian Schrager Development, and had direct involvement in PUBLIC Chicago, PUBLIC New York, 215 Chrystie, 160 Leroy Street, The New York EDITION, and The Miami Beach EDITION.

Tara has been interviewed by Mansion Global, a leading publication for luxury real estate, on the parking of cash in Manhattan real estate, the bonus cycle, and when to buy Manhattan real estate like blazers at a sample sale. Tara holds a B.A. in psychology from Syracuse University and completed the Columbia University Postbaccalaureate Business Program.

She enjoys her puppies, Central Park, skiing, yoga, surfing, and entertaining.
