Kim Cofman

The idea of home was a transient one to Kim until she discovered Durango 21 years ago. Born in Montreal to Dutch parents, she grew up in Portugal and lived in Miami, London and Tokyo before meeting her husband in Zimbabwe and moving to Namibia. Many years of living out of a backpack in all kinds of real estate—from grass huts to palaces—fed her fascination with what home means to different people, and for the last decade as a Realtor she’s been using that experience, along with her Bachelor of Science in Communications and International Relations from FIU in Miami, to help hundreds of clients home in on their dreams. When she’s not practicing her passion for real estate, spending time with her husband and two daughters, hiking, biking or skiing, you can usually find her with her head in a book, enjoying the company of friends or playing ice hockey.
