David De Pierro

David De Pierro has been a licensed Realtor® since 1986, most active in the Jersey City and Hoboken markets. Transitioning to real estate development involved a multitude of projects for David, including the rehabilitation of historic, multiple dwellings in Jersey City. A native of Hudson County, David decided to join the Jersey City Fire Department to better serve his community.
David’s real estate development endeavors provided him with extensive knowledge of building construction and the land use process while granting him the opportunity to oversee the restoration of some of the most attractive housing stock in Hudson County.

As a member of the fire service and a consummate professional, David understands and appreciates the challenges inherent with a public safety position, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community where he was born and raised.

The real estate industry has been a part of David’s life for over 30 years, and he is excited to bring that experience back to sales where it first began.
David is an avid cyclist who enjoys spending his free time with his wife and five amazing children.
