Gagan Randev

Gagan brings over 25 years of experience across the Real Estate and Financial Services industries. He has experience across Banking, Insurance and Real Estate. In the Real Estate domain, he has been involved in structuring of complex Investor exits, marquee Asset and Land sales and Fund raising.

His last role was as National Director – Capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers International wherein he was looking at Asset Sales (Commercial, Retail and Hospitality), Land Sales (including Joint Ventures and Joint Developments, Development Management Agreements) and Fund Raising (Equity/Debt/Mezzanine)

His immediately preceding roles have included BPTP Ltd. (Director – Finance & Investor relations), Religare Securities (MD & CEO), RBS/ABN Amro Bank NV (as SVP & Head – Branch Banking & Wealth management). He has also had stints with Citibank N.A., ANZ Grindlays Bank and as part of the Founding team at Tata AIA Life Insurance.

Gagan has very strong relationships across the Real Estate (Institutional/Fund/NBFC/Developer) and Financial Services sectors.
