Nerie Padamada

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Nerie Padamada combines her vast knowledge with a deep passion for helping others. Her background in assisting teachers address the academic, language, social and cultural adversities of second language students has allowed Nerie the opportunity to work with institutions like Hawaii Community College and the University of Hawaii. Through her active engagement with these organizations, Nerie provides her clients with multilingual expertise in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano and understands the cultural nuances and sensitivities when buying homes in Hawai’i.

Through the constant support of her husband and two daughters, Nerie is able to focus on her career and educate others on the benefits of homeownership. During her free time, she enjoys cooking and sharing Filipino food with others.
