Henry Gourdeau

Whether for a first-time buyer or seasoned seller, Henry Gourdeau takes every measure to help his clients seamlessly navigate each stage of the process. During his 25-year career in finance, Henry consistently exceeded his clients’ expectations with his perseverance, attention to detail and data-driven approach. After trading global equities in New York City, London and Boston, Henry opened an office in 2013 for a European investment bank, Kepler Cheuvreux, where he worked until 2020. The son of a general contractor and real estate developer, Henry grew up ‘in the industry’ and has always had a passion for real estate. His financial background, honesty, integrity and understanding of local market conditions make him an invaluable resource to any buyer or seller in the competitive North Shore market. Though Henry grew up in Hamilton and has always called the North Shore home, he has spent the last ten years with his wife and two boys residing at Phillips Academy in Andover, where his wife teaches and coaches. An avid athlete and outdoorsman, Henry can often be found coaching his kid's teams, skating, skiing, playing racquet sports or boating Cape Ann’s waters with his family. For over a decade, Henry has proudly held a charity golf tournament at Myopia Hunt Club to benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in World Politics and Economics from Hamilton College.
