Gavin Bialecki grew up in Lake Arrowhead water-skiing, snowboarding, hiking and mountain biking, enjoying some of the many activities the mountains have to offer. After attending college at UC Santa Barbara, he moved to Austin, Texas, where he successfully helped launch and build various footwear brands. Upon moving back to California, Gavin began working for Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate which is based in El Segundo and has been voted number one in sales volume in Los Angeles and surrounding cities for the last 2 years in a row. His main focus was selling, and helping buyers to acquire multifamily apartment buildings.
Gavin has just moved back to Lake Arrowhead and his transition into residential real estate has been seamless. He knows the mountain in and out, has a great eye for interior design, merchandising and has been in sales for the last 12 years. His experience the marketing and sales industry before becoming a real estate agent has proven to be vital to his success in real estate.
