As a licensed real estate salesperson with Sotheby’s International Realty since 2013, Peggy Sousa brings over 25 years of corporate business development and leadership experience having worked as a strategic partner with Fortune 500 companies. She’s led teams throughout her career that focused on creating value and generating revenue for her clients, while managing account P&Ls.
Peggy was a Senior Vice President at Aon Affinity, one of the largest global insurance brokerage firms. Earlier in her career, she served at American Express in New York and London where she held senior-level Vice President and General Manager positions. She is a two-time recipient of the American Express Quality Leadership Award. Peggy also served as an elected Board member with ACCION USA/East, a micro-finance organization that provides small business loans to entrepreneurs, for three years. As an investor in real estate, including serving on two NYC condominium boards, Peggy has personal experience with real estate assets as well as in representing the interests of other investors.
Peggy earned a B.A. from New York University and is a graduate of Columbia University’s CCCP Program for Executive Coaching.
As a homeowner in East Hampton for 20 years, Peggy is passionate about the natural beauty, outdoor lifestyle, and cultural history of the East End.
