Jennifer was sought out by ONE Sotheby's Executive Vice President & Chief Economist in late 2021 from her Jameson Sotheby's office in Chicago to take over Sotheby's International Development Division with top associates Nicole Di Leo and Alexis Contreras, as the first pioneer trail blazers (The OG's) that were partnered exclusively with these two international brokerages to lead sales efforts with Five Star branded developments, Rosewood & SLS Baha Mar, Nassau Bahamas and Solterre in St. Kitts, after impressive sell outs of U.S. developments. They are the 'go-to team' consulting developers that ONE Sotheby's Development Division markets to in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach and the Caribbean. Jennifer accounts for close to $3 billion in luxury, new development sales from Chicago, NY and South Florida with some of the most significant architects and estate owners. In 2022, she and her team-The Opulent Group (aka The OG's), dominated the resale market in Miami and Fort Lauderdale by breaking record sale prices with luxury waterfront homes and condos, awarded as top producers taking over well seasoned local agents, with their fresh, untouched marketing and sales approach. In the next few years The OG's will support further growth in their local South Florida communities by adding to the beautiful skyline of Fort Lauderdale by bringing some of the biggest names in hospitality high rise developments from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, she was Director of Business Development for E-Loan.com in Silicon Valley, Ca. She has worked with major B2B tech companies throughout California and NYC. Her work with E-Loan allowed her to have the vast knowledge of the entire RE financial process, allowing her to master success in both management and financial strategies. that in turn, supported abetting E-Loan.com to go public on the Nasdaq during the gold rush of Silicon Valley’s dot-com phenomenon.
Jennifer has worked with world renowned architect, Santiago Calatrava setting record sales as the highest price per square foot in the country. She traveled the globe selling the first third of pre-construction sales in a record time of less than 6 months. Leading this pre-construction project where her targeted pre-sales efforts produced an unprecedented $385,000,000 million dollars in volume for the projected $5+ billion dollar sell out of 1,194 luxury condominiums-the highest price per square foot in the world at the time. With these transactions she created a global sales and marketing program for US based developers for Caribbean developments.
