Phyllis Jaeger

Phyllis Jaeger is a congenial and knowledgeable real estate professional who, along with partner Sharon Buckley, has been providing concierge service to New York City buyers and sellers for over 16 years.

A New York resident for nearly four decades, Phyllis is a bona fide city expert. She has resided in neighborhoods all over Manhattan, ushered her two grown sons through the city's private school system and championed her own personal real estate endeavors — from undergoing a gut renovation to sitting on her building's co-op board for over a dozen years— all of which lend an in-the-know perspective and expertise. “I'm always happy to provide real guidance about the buying and selling process, from start to finish, including sharing my recommendations for contractors, architects, and interior designers, or managing the co-op board application process,” she explains.

Earlier in her career, Phyllis was a buyer for Bloomingdale's home furnishings. Like real estate, it was a role perfectly suited to her love and appreciation for all things home related. Phyllis has a passion for travel and a flair for languages — a boon to the team's roster of international clients — that began while earning her bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration in languages from the University of Massachusetts. During college, she spent a semester living abroad in Florence, Italy, further developing her love of travel and all things international.

Originally from Connecticut, Phyllis is a long-time resident of the Carnegie Hill section of the Upper East Side. She has also had a home in the Hamptons for over 20 years, which is advantageous for clients looking to add a beach residence to their portfolios. She loves to cook and entertain, art and travel and is an avid fitness enthusiast whose accomplishments include running the New York City Marathon.
