Amy Halligan

I have been licensed in Oregon since 1999 - working in Central Oregon, Portland and now, the Central Oregon Coast. Our family has lived full-time in Pacific City for the past 3 years (owned property in PC since 2000) - truly enjoying the coastal, small town life, of sand, sea and beautiful sunsets. With my past real estate business in Bend, ownership and property management experience, I will continue to specialize in high-end properties and represent clients and investors with the purchase or sale of luxury properties and/or second homes throughout the Central and Northern Coast. I grew up in Huntsville, AL and graduated from the University of Tennessee where I swam for four years for the Lady Vols. I met my husband Scott in Washington, DC while working for the Washington DC Association REALTORS. Scott and I moved to Bend, OR after getting married and we raised our two kids there. Once the kids left for college we made the move full time to Pacific City. My hobbies include cooking, hiking, swimming and walking the beach daily.
