When listing your property or guiding you on your home search, I strive to learn as much as possible about you and your lifestyle, needs and goals. I have an 'Energy Smart' designation and appreciate the importance of efficient home design. I've collaborated with an architect, builder and subcontractors for the construction of my own home--translating technical features into lifestyle benefits is one of my specialties!
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
My real estate career was inspired by my family, which has owned an independent agency for decades. My husband Shawn and I purchased our first home, a Tate & Foss listing, in Rye NH in 2003. When the time came to launch my career in 2005, I joined Tate & Foss! I have been a consistent Top Producer and, as Sales Manager, also lead a team of experienced sales associates. My 25+ years of business experience includes marketing, advertising, client services, project management, training and executive development for companies including Putnam Investments, Tidewatch Market Research and MicroArts Creative Agency. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration (Northeastern University) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (University of New Hampshire). A lifelong learner, I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and am a recent Ninja Installation Graduate!
COMMUNITY & PERSONALITY:
I love the Seacoast Lifestyle and am committed to improving quality of life here by supporting local organizations that promote health, wellness, culture, history, conservation and wildlife. I live in Rye NH and am a Southern NH native. I enjoy walking along the sandy beaches and wooded trails of our beautiful town with my Labrador Retriever 'Beau.' In the summer, you'll often find us at Wentworth Marina in New Castle NH. My favorite activities include yoga, hiking and backpacking in NH's White Mountains, skiing in Utah and Colorado, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. I recently became a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher to hone my personal practice and help others...I enjoy sharing my love of wellness through volunteering in my community!
