Alex Egan

With five years of professional combined with 10+ years of real estate investing experience, Alex Egan, knows her way around the city's vast micro markets and boroughs. Graduating with honors from the University of Georgia's College of Environment and Design, Alex holds her Master of Landscape Architecture degree. She is trained to have a keen eye for detail, taking notice and critiquing form, function and aesthetics, which is a quality her clients appreciate. She also values the importance of connectivity and accessibility, which, coupled with her organic knowledge of the city, is another benefit offered to her clients. With her experience in ArcGIS data analysis, design and permit submittals, she understands what can be feasibly achieved to enhance each property, whether the goal is to simply enjoy or sell with a meaningful return on investment.

Actively involved in her community, Alex is a regularly engaged volunteer at her children's campuses, the Ronald McDonald House and various nonprofits through The Junior League of Atlanta. She is the President of The MOMS Club of Dunwoody South, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to inclusively supporting stay-at-home moms as well as partnerships with nearby agencies supporting local children and mamas in need. Alex also serves on the Huntley Hills Swim Tennis Club (HHSTC) Social Committee and Master Planning Committee. When she isn't volunteering, she is working. Alex revels in the real estate industry, and it dominates her personal and professional conversations and endeavors. During downtime, she can be found in the kitchen whipping up homemade kitchen staples, or at any of the local parks with her children, HHSTC, Lowes for the never-ending home projects or at the hockey rink cheering on her eldest son. When in need of a respite, she and her husband escape to the family farm in North Georgia to relish in the landscape and serenity with their three children, Quaid (8), Kaeden (5) and Quinn (2).
