Gavin will facilitate the sales of homes in central and eastern Auckland, particularly specialising in the Remuera and the northern slopes areas.
Having been through the rich tapestry of life to the age of 53, Gavin has enjoyed and gained so much experience and has high levels of business acumen by managing himself, large businesses and sales teams throughout his stellar career. He understands the dynamics of all sides of the equation. This practical experience, as well as the extensive network of key relationships built over many years, is invaluable for the Real Estate market. Gavin will dedicate himself to New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty and ensure vendors get the best-possible outcome when working with him. Gavin has always enjoyed success in the corporate selling and account management environment and understands sustainable success. In his opinion it is all about people, strong communication, listening and understanding, making connections, reliability, and ensuring trust is unconditional.
Gavin has been immersed in the corporate world for nearly 40 years and was introduced to New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty through a mutual friend who predicted his approachability and inherent relationship skills would successfully transfer to the real estate market. Born and bred in Surrey, England and having lived in New Zealand since 1989 Gavin is well versed with the rich history and prestige of the Sotheby’s auction brand and felt excited and compelled to join the rapidly expanding New Zealand Company.

As a devoted Remuera resident for 25 years, Gavin understands the unique aspects and attractions of the area. He himself moved to the leafy suburb to take advantage of the reputable schooling options for his two daughters in 1994
