Local Expertise. Global Connections.
How important is it to you and your family to own your home? As an immigrant from Ireland, I was drawn to real estate for many of the same reasons I was drawn to the U.S. – the “American Dream.” This great country provided me with the opportunity to build my own business, own my own home and make my own future. I began by working in the construction industry, later creating my own home improvement company, and then became a licensed real estate agent in 2001.
My previous construction experience adds great value when assessing inspection reports, evaluating property condition or quantifying repair requests and dealing with various contractors and servicemen. This results in better repair requests, preparation for sale and better choices of technicians and scope of work to be performed.
Our local market consists of many very unique properties making property valuation a more difficult, yet very essential, component of every deal. My years of real estate experience in the South Bay beach cities and surrounding areas strengthen the quality of accuracy of my property value opinions. The strength of my relationships with local agents increases my knowledge of off-market and pending deals resulting in more current information for these value opinions. These relationships also help in matching buyers, sellers and properties.
