Heather Cadiz moved to Jersey City from Rockland County, New York and instantly fell in love with the great city views, beautiful homes, and sense of community. Prior to entering real estate, Heather earned her bachelor's degree in International Trade and Marketing at The Fashion Institute of Technology. From there, she proceeded to enter the world of marketing, specializing in Social Media campaign strategy.
After a year of living in New Jersey, Heather decided to begin her career in real estate to help others find the home of their dreams. Heather’s experience working with hundreds of brands to hit their sales goals and increase awareness has given her the skills to build creative marketing plans, confidently negotiate, and satisfy client needs.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with friends & family, learning new recipes, and checking out local restaurants and businesses. Grateful for an amazing experience moving to Jersey City, Heather makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that they are as excited about living in New Jersey as she is.
