James Francis Hanley

Raised on the Big Island, James has also lived on Oahu and Kauai and has a deep knowledge of Hawaii, and what makes our island home so unique. In his free time, James enjoys time with family, friends, and ocean activity. James loves board meetings (SUP, Surf a few Canoes...a real ocean addict) because he sucks at golf.

James believes that the process of buying or selling a home should be enjoyable and he strives to bring a positive attitude and passion for assisting others to his work. James' commitment to his clients is not the value of the property but based on respecting the mental and emotional journey each person undertakes and the trust placed in their agent to assist in the real estate buying and selling process. James says, 'I understand the journey of each person is significant to each regardless of the financial commitment. I respect that journey. I'm not here to sell properties, that would be too easy. My goal is to work with each client to make the most of the information available with the final goal of making a good decision.'
