Denise Horneck

Denise Horneck is a full-time professional real estate agent with Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty in Holmdel, New Jersey. Originally from New York, she fully understands the transition many make to our beautiful state. Denise is knowledgeable about the differences between the housing markets in New York and New Jersey and knows where to find those special treats you thought were only available in New York.

She has lived in Colts Neck for 30 years, raising four children here. This has given her a deep understanding of the dynamics of the schools and sports in this area and the surrounding regions.

For the past 14 years, Denise has been a top responder with the Colts Neck First Aid Squad. She has assisted many residents in Colts Neck and the surrounding towns during their times of need. Denise has helped families transition through different life stages. Additionally, she has been an active volunteer at St. Leo the Great school programs.
