Teresa Garrett's journey in real estate began in 1990, when she earned her license while concurrently teaching at St. Ignatius College Preparatory. Balancing the demands of full-time teaching and her passion for real estate, Teresa honed her skills under the mentorship of her Grandmother, Alice Mullin, the founding Broker, and top producer at Beneficial Realty in San Francisco.
After 13 years at St. Ignatius College Prep, Teresa transitioned into Special Education and taught Adapted Physical Education in the Burlingame School District for an additional 12 years. In 2018, after a fulfilling career in education, Teresa decided to reignite her passion for real estate. In 2019, she reentered the industry, aligning herself with the esteemed Lisa Karson Group at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in Burlingame.
Having called Burlingame home for three decades, Teresa is not just a real estate professional but a devoted community member.
