A REALTOR® with the St. Armands office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, J. Walter Almeida has spent a number of years focusing his real estate career on residential sales. Walter has been a licensed real estate professional since 2011, but his involvement in the industry dates back to 2007.
With a diverse background in business management, wealth management, negotiating and marketing, Walter is an asset to buyers and sellers alike during real estate transactions. Additionally, he has experience building and implementing strategies for profitability, and managing and solving problems for sales, marketing and customer service for multiple organizations. A natural-born consultant, Walter consistently delivers value and white-glove service to his customers.
Walter is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. His specialty designations include Certified Negotiation Expert, the RASM Leadership Institute, and Graduate REALTOR® Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Science in electronic engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, a project management certificate series from the University of Florida and a master certificate in information technology networks from Boston University. He also holds numerous individual executive education studies in financial investing and project management.
Outside of the office, Walter enjoys reading, traveling, fishing, golfing, playing soccer, hitting the beach and spending time with family and friends.
