Kay Deckman

Kay and Joe Deckman have been full time residents of Highlands for 13 years. They are members of Highlands Falls Country Club and Mt. Laurel Tennis Club and theyenjoy bridge, golf, photography, reading, and artwork. Prior to coming to Highlands, Kay was a Psychology major at the University of Louisville, a real estate agent specializing in income-producing multiplex units and commercial properties, a Registered Nurse, and the mother of 4 sons, 1 daughter, and 1 grandson. They have lived in Akron, Cleveland, Detroit, Wausau, Minneapolis, Destin, Long Island and Manhattan.

Kay and Joe have found that the people who live in Highlands consciously choose to do so.That choice nourishes happy and close friendships and is the reason they love to call Highlands home.
