A second-generation REALTOR®, Heather brings a familial and instinctive approach to the real estate process having learned much of her trade from her mother, a longtime successful real estate and lending professional. Gaining firsthand knowledge about the business from her years
spent as a transaction coordinator and a loan processor, Heather laid a strong foundation of practical information before becoming a licensed agent in 2006.
Heather bore witness to the heights of the real estate market followed by the great recession of 2008 and its profound effect. She gleaned a lot about the business during the years to follow learning what it takes to be successful even when the market is down. Supporting and advocating for each client along with skilled negotiation, Heather takes care to put her clients first and works on their behalf with her signature honesty and authenticity, making sure each aspect of the transaction is handled properly.
Serving primarily families, retired couples, and out of state buyers desiring second homes in advantageous markets, Heather has extensive experience guiding her clients to home ownership no matter the price point or location. Often working with clients who are only part-time residents, Heather is an expert in the region known for its golf and resort lifestyle, modern Palm Springs architecture, music and arts festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, as well as the numerous professional sporting events including the BNP Paribas Open and major PGA golf tournaments.
Clients looking to make the Greater Palm Springs area their full-time home will benefit from her extensive knowledge of the local schools and all things family friendly. Heather takes pleasure in finding the right desert home and lifestyle her clients are looking for, often going above and beyond to ensure a smooth approach when realizing a client’s dream of home ownership.
Married for over 20 years and the proud mother of three children, Heather finds that her real estate career not only gives her the satisfaction of helping people find exactly the right home, but also allows for the flexibility to spend quality time with her family. A board member for more than ten years at various local non-profits including the YMCA and her kids’ schools, Heather feels it’s important to give back to the community that she calls home. As avid college football fans, Heather and her husband can often be found rooting for their alma mater, the CU Buffs.
Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, a resident of the Desert for more than 30 years, Heather loves all things local.
Our agents are known in their communities for their integrity and the exceptional level of service they provide.
