Tony Dolceamore possesses a vibrant mix of over 35 years of residential real estate experience in sales, management, operations, marketing, and training.
Before joining Childers Sotheby’s International Realty as a broker/sales associate, Tony spent time in a leadership role at another Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate. Prior to that, he spent 9 years at Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC as Global Vice President of Affiliate Services, North America. Tony was responsible for supporting the brand’s affiliated companies, ensuring consistency in their global service delivery, and assisting affiliate members in leveraging brand offerings and growing their business. He held other positions, including the network’s Global Vice President of Brand Strategy and served as Vice President of Affiliate Services, covering the northeastern United States as well as all of Canada.
Prior to joining the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Tony worked as an independent consultant, followed by a sales manager for a large independent real estate firm in central New Jersey. He began his real estate career in Atlantic City, NJ with a national franchise organization where he spent nearly half of his career in sales, management, marketing, and training.
Tony holds multiple real estate sales and management certifications, as well as Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certified. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.
