Dave Alexander

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Dave attended Seattle University and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. For some time he practiced as a CPA and financial officer in residential development and construction companies. This education and experience add an additional layer to the assets Dave can offer to his clients in their real estate transactions. After almost 20 years in the corporate world, Dave found the thing that he enjoyed the most--selling real estate. He feels his strongest asset he has is his ability to listen to his clients and then focus all efforts towards meeting their goals. Dave started vacationing in the Coachella Valley in the 1990’s, chose to make it his primary home in 2002 and has never looked back.. An avid tennis player and hiker, he knows every trail in the valley and the surrounding mountains. He loves the valley and loves to introduce to his clients all of the cultural and outdoor activities the valley has to offer.
