Joe understands that business is truly about relationships, and he works tirelessly for his clients to find them their perfect home and to sell their homes for the highest return. Joe is a Small Group Leader for Buffini & Company and has helped to mentor other Realtors and Lenders while running his very successful real estate business. Before his real estate career, Joe was involved in his family’s Wind Turbine Business and helped to grow the company into one of the top electrical contracting firms in the United States, providing clean energy to communities across the Southwest. Originally from Bakersfield, Joe attended Cal. State Northridge and lived in the Los Angeles area for ten years before moving to Carlsbad in 1997. During his time in LA, Joe was actively involved in theater and film and had the honor to work at the prestigious American Film Institute in Hollywood. Joe has two daughters who are both involved in the vibrant local theater scene in North San Diego County, and he spends every moment that he can with them. He stays active in his community by donating his time to local charities and enjoying the outdoors.
