My foundation in real estate began early, and I was fortunate to have wonderful role models. As a young girl, I watched my father, who was a real estate pioneer at Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. He then moved to Amelia Island Plantation to play a key role in development at the resort. My mom, Lou Simmons, is currently the top real estate agent for Amelia Island Plantation, a distinction she's held for 25 years. Prior to launching his real estate career, my husband Brian was a golf professional at TPC Sawgrass and Amelia Island Plantation.

For the past 10 years we have worked as a team prioritizing client experience, innovative marketing, and luxury service from the mountains to the coast. Our clients benefit from our robust knowledge of key markets, as we also serve Asheville, Hendersonville and Western North Carolina. As a team, we co-founded an award-winning real estate firm in Asheville. We personally closed over 500 transactions and with more than $225,000,000 in real estate sales volume, while leading teams who have closed more than 2,850 transactions and $950,000,000 in volume.
