Jhoevonne Bergan

Jhoevonne, a native Hawaiian from Kailua, is an unabashed people person. She joins the Aloha Sotheby’s team after organically discovering she possesses the talent and skillset of a successful agent.

This fortuitous discovery was made after Jhoevonne assisted a family member in forecasting, organizing, and completing a real estate transaction. Realizing that she possessed the intricacies and grassroots knowledge only a born and raised Hawai'i resident could have, Jhoevonne set her sights on a career change to one of the top firms on the Big Island.

Prior to joining Venture Sotheby’s International Realty, Jhoevonne packed a lifetime of experiences living, traveling with her husband, a commercial diver, all across the United States. Very often it seems those who find success in real estate opt for a life well-lived and saturated with genuine personal connections. Jhoevonne is no exception. After leaving home in Hawai'i, she spent 5 years in New Orleans and made her way West, finally landing in the teal, sunlit visages of Santa Barbara.

Throughout her travels, a few things remained close to Jhoevonne’s heart, her Hawaiian heritage, her family, and her sincere desire to help others. All those things brought her back to the Big Island where she has now found the career that she describes as, “the one.”

Being inquisitive takes you far in this business and upon returning to the Big Island, Jhoevonne developed a network of professionals and friends alike that drove her to her position as an agent with Aloha Sotheby’s International Realty. She is among the most energetic and driven agents at the firm and has enjoyed a mentorship under Principal Broker, Deborah Au.
