A Westside native, Bryan McElroy has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 23 years. What sets him apart is his specialization in real estate finance, with nearly a decade as a loan officer with World Savings & Loan, where he funded more than $700 million in real estate transactions. As such, his expertise in real estate financing is a tremendous benefit for his clients. He uses his expertise to keep clients informed throughout the mortgage process, including buyer qualification, negotiations, and closing. Bryan knows the nuances of the Westside communities. He attended Palisades High School, Santa Monica City College, and University of Texas at El Paso, where he played college football. His father, Dr. Charles McElroy, is a well-known physician who practiced and taught at UCLA Medical Center
