Steve Donahoe

One of Steve’s greatest assets is his deep knowledge of the region—having lived and worked most of his life in the DC area, he is intimately familiar with the evolving real estate market in Washington, DC and the suburbs of Virginia and Maryland. As a former restaurant manager and investor, Steve has closely followed the DC area’s bustling restaurant scene. His social network of restaurant and other local entrepreneurs gives him advance knowledge of upcoming projects, which allows him to envision how they will affect a neighborhood’s quality of life and property values. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys exploring foreign countries, skiing, going to local art exhibits, and all kinds of musical performances. Steve was born in California, spent his early childhood in Minneapolis, was raised in Northern Virginia, and now resides in Washington, DC. He earned a degree in Communications at George Mason University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing at the University of Virginia. Before joining TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Steve managed marketing and communications campaigns for a major corporation and an international non-profit as well as working in construction sales and management.
