He specializes in luxury properties across Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina, Downtown and Al Barari as well as luxury international sales in London, New York, and Los Angeles. Kunal is part of a boutique team looking after various segments including residential sales & investments which have lead him to be managing and dealing with the prime properties locally and internationally, and also have close relationships with HNW & UHNW individuals in Dubai and abroad. Kunal has been residing in Dubai for over 11 years now, and has been focused entirely on the Real Estate market locally and now even internationally. He has spent an astute amount of time and effort into different aspects of this thriving industry, be it brokerage deals, portfolio management, influx of foreign and local investments into various projects to add to his achievements. He has graduated from India with a degree specialization in Media & Advertising. Due to his father being a Captain in the merchant navy, Kunal has been accustomed towards many diverse cultures from across the world & travel the globe. Kunal has been also actively involved working with well renowned developers and applied himself successfully selling and managing investment portfolios spread across the board over the last 11 years.
