Brandon De Oliveira originally got his start in the Real Estate Business through property management where he was responsible for the acquisition, renovation, management, and sales of millions of dollars in properties for an investor client base.
Although he began his career in the investor arena, Brandon quickly found his passion for connecting families with homes in the NYC Suburbs of North/Central New Jersey. With this shift, Brandon has been able to meet and exceed client expectations through a broad understanding of not only the market but also by being able to bridge and align his clients' lifestyles with properties that accentuate their ideas of what it means to call somewhere home.
Brandon graduated at the top of his class at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. While at FDU, Brandon worked with a music network and independent record label in digital marketing and management. His successes in this field have allowed him to utilize social media platforms, online marketing, and digital campaigns for his seller clients. When combined with Sotheby’s International Realty’s global footprint, Brandon’s seller clients receive unparalleled exposure across multiple channels.
Brandon is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys playing soccer, running, working out, staying connected with friends and family, and traveling. Brandon also enjoys assisting his team affiliations with Move for Hunger and other charitable organizations.
