Mike Patakas

Mike and his wife Maria joined Desert Sotheby’s International Realty to be a part of the luxury firm’s strategic vision for the markets they serve in the Coachella Valley. Desert Sotheby’s International Realty’s growth in the desert region will be greatly enhanced by Mike’s 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry, his expertise in helping owners and buyers negotiate the best terms, and his exemplary track record of over 400 sales. Properties represented by Mike and Maria have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Variety, Architectural Digest, Behind the Gates, and several other online and print national publications. Mike and Maria have resided in the desert full-time since 2011, and are active within the community- Mike has been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters for several years. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, working out, trying new restaurants, socializing with friends, and spending time with Maria and their pets, a dog named Charlee and a cat named Lola.
