Brian McNamara

With a wealth of knowledge in local real estate, housing market trends, digital marketing, and the backing of an internationally connected, luxury brokerage, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, I am excited to partner with you in achieving your real estate goals. I am a lifelong New Jersey resident with the exception of my time spent at the University of Pittsburgh, where I graduated in 2011 with a degree in Economics. After graduating, I immediately launched a successful career in New York City’s flourishing tech startup industry. I studied the business of real estate while working for The Zillow Group as an Enterprise Sales Executive. I developed meaningful relationships with brokerages across the country while helping improve their online marketing presence with Zillow, Trulia, StreetEasy, and RealEstate.com. This unique experience with Zillow was a perfect segue into becoming a full-time Realtor in beautiful, Monmouth County.

Communication will be our best friend in our future partnership. I am committed to quick response times, efficient negotiations, and transparency throughout any process: buying, selling, or renting. I truly believe that all questions should be asked and that there is no such thing as over-communication. I am always available for my clients!

I currently live in Atlantic Highlands with my wife, Kate, and our two friendly dogs. We relocated from the New York Metro area to Monmouth County due to its unique proximity to Manhattan and everything else it has to offer; beautiful beaches, breathtaking waterfront properties, a thriving culinary scene, boating, hiking, golfing, fishing, surfing, music, and so much more! We have immersed ourselves in the community and greatly appreciate the area that we call “home.”
