Cindy Barber

Raised in the North Texas town of Denton, Cindy Barber moved to Fort Worth after graduating from North Texas State University where she earned a Business Degree in Marketing. She began her dream job out of college as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines lasting over twenty years. After buying her first home in Historical Fairmount, she was intrigued with the process of buying and selling real estate and since then, she has owned three homes in Fort Worth. Her career as a Realtor began in 2005 and she continues to gain valuable experience guiding buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions. As a Realtor, Cindy’s extensive market knowledge of North Texas ensures her clients are aware of the important aspects each location has to offer. Her powerful negotiating skills continue to sharpen, helping her clients maintain a strong position throughout the transaction. She uses a special marketing plan unique to each client’s goals and desires. Whether the clients are first-time home buyers, seasoned sellers or investors, Cindy earns their trust by keeping their goals at the forefront of every process. Cindy’s two sons, Rutledge and Joseph Pate, live in Austin. She loves all that Fort Worth has to offer and enjoys being outdoors and listening to live music. She is a certified yoga teacher, has a sweet dog, Addy, and loves to travel. She has spent her time as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, served on the American Cancer Society‘s Cowtown Ball Committee and with the local St. Jude’s Walk committee.
