Born in Peru, Janet came to the United States in 1989 and found her passion in real estate after several successful years as a Mortgage Broker with Bank of America. Putting her extensive background in both real estate and international banking to work for her clients, Janet is adept in all facets of the buying and selling process. She is renowned and respected throughout the industry for her incomparable market knowledge and exemplary results she achieves for every client. Active in real estate sales since 2000, Janet specializes in commercial properties throughout South Florida and the luxury waterfront estates of Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Golden Beach, Golden Isles, and Aventura. She socializes and resides in the same community as her clientele, which gives her an edge over other regional agents.

Janet balances her life with Pilates, yoga, and worldwide travel.
