Ann Bagdon

Ann has been “attached” to the materials, construction and sales segments of the high-end housing industry for over 50 years through her marriage and family ownership of a lumber yard, Construction Company and Property Management Businesses in Annapolis, MD and Sudbury, MA.

She made it official in 2001, when after a successful career in the technology and financial worlds shejoined her husband Bob, managing their family-owned Metro West Boston Businesses. She moved to Florida and the Hammock area of Palm Coast in 2008 where she opened Distinguished Homes Realty LLC with Bob. She served as Owner and Managing Broker of DHR until recently joining the First Coast Sotheby’s International Realty Team.

Ann’s past associates and clients will all agree. Her strengths are honesty, integrity, knowledge of the high-end housing market from ground clearing through resale and her ability to understand and communicate the myriad essential details and process involved in the construction and sale of high-end residential real estate. She, herself, discounts her sales abilities but agrees that if someone desires a black and white discussion regarding a property or the purchase process, she’s a reliable source for relative details

Ann graduated Magna Cum Laudefrom Northeastern University, Boston, MA with a Major in Business Administration and minors in both Finance and Marketing. She is aLicensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate and holds theNAR e-Pro (internet professional) certification. Ann resides in the Hammock of Palm Coast, FL with husband, Bob, and their Springer Spaniel, Luke.
