Peggy is a vibrant, energetic, and highly respected professional with over 30 years of experience in our Acton community. Through a solid understanding of the housing market, she continues to broker successful transactions for both Buyers and Sellers. Her listings and sales - including new construction, resale properties, and condos - have spanned a wide area from Hamilton to Millis to Hudson.
Possessing strong leadership skills, Peggy has managed two offices, created new agent programs, and designed many motivational and fun sessions for realtors over the years. Her engaging personality, kindness, ethics, and strong attention to detail have contributed to her many successes.
Peggy has been the recipient of several real estate awards from both her peers and real estate offices and consistently receives top reviews from her clients. She graduated from Queen’s University, Canada with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Ottawa University, Canada. Peggy has also been a part time adjunct at Middlesex Community College.
She has dual citizenship having grown up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and obtaining her American citizenship many years ago. Peggy and her husband Dave spent many wonderful years relocating and living in Europe enjoying Geneva, Switzerland, Dublin, Ireland, and Henley On Thames, England. Their older son Todd was born in Geneva and their younger son Sean was born in Dublin!
Having recently downsized from a colonial to a townhouse, Peggy has become very knowledgeable of both the downsizing and staging process as well as appreciating living the condo lifestyle. This personal expertise has helped many clients already with their downsizing experience.
