Julia Cauviere is a Senior Global Property Consultant at Sotheby’s International Realty. With a focus on high-end residential real estate, including both off-plan and secondary market properties, she has been in the real estate industry since 2005, with nearly 20 years of expertise. Her primary objective is to market properties that are not only aesthetically appealing but also demonstrate exceptional quality. Fluent in Russian, English, and French, Julia has leveraged her growing expertise to enhance her natural skills and elevate the returns for her investors. Julia previously worked for a Moscow-based company specialising in shopping mall development across major Russian cities, during which she delved into real estate management. She also served as the Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel corporation. Her extensive experience in asset development, sales, and management naturally led her to become a real estate consultant, and her personal ambition drove her to pursue luxury markets on a global scale.
In 2014, Julia was featured in Sotheby’s International Realty magazine for sharing her insights into the Dubai real estate market and her unique work approach. Furthermore, in 2022, she achieved the second-highest total sales volume within Dubai Sotheby’s. Her prior roles in management contributed to her accomplishments, fostering organisational, diplomatic, and strategic thinking skills.

During her leisure time, Julia enjoys travelling to different countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and admiring beautiful architecture. She also channels her creativity by crafting handmade jewellery.
